Important Information About Ordering
- Delivery address must be a fixed business address and have someone present from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. However, if you know you may not be at the delivery address please adda contact number and a short message into the notes section giving authority for the courier to leave the goods in a secure area.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes (postal boxes), as these may not handle the bulk and number of electrical supplies that you will be ordering.
- If you have made a mistake on your order or would like to change something, please contact us at online@fastlec.com.au. Please note that after a certain time has passed, your order may have shipped and cannot be changed.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make the order change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
- Fastlec.com.au ships to all regions of Australia.

- You will receive a Shipping Notification via email from Fastlec.com.au once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery Times
Indicative only. Freight is out of our control once it leaves our depot.
We can promise that orders placed before 12:00pm will be dispatched the same day.
